1. Introduction

At Globality.Store, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. This Cancel & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms below.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Support team immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Confirmation: Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team via email.

3. Return Eligibility

• Returns Accepted Only for Production Issues: Returns are accepted strictly for products with manufacturing or production defects. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or preference are not permitted.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Any production issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Goods:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not due to production defects will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

1. Notify Us: Email Customer Support within 10 days of delivery with order number, photos, and description of the defect.
2. Approval & RMA: If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
3. Return Shipping: Ship the item within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting return criteria will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
5. Refund or Replacement: If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or a replacement will be shipped, as agreed.

5. Refunds

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, after inspection and approval of the returned item.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 60 business days from receipt of the returned item for your refund to be processed.
• Non-refundable Items: Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified production issue.
• Rejected Returns: Items returned without an RMA or not meeting the above criteria will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

6. Exclusions & Special Conditions

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
• Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Only items with clear production defects are eligible for return. All other sales are final.
• Time Limits: Claims for production issues must be made within 5 days of delivery and shipped back within 30 days.

7. Return Shipping

• Responsibility: Unless the item is confirmed as defective, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping Method: It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service. Globality.Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
